Rudn Enclave Islamabad is an excellent housing community of more than 10,000 Kanal developed by Rmrsco Pvt. Ltd. near Rawalpindi. The community also has access to the Chri Road and the Chri Conflict. Jarrar Camp is also in its place. The public will be given access from 3 entrances to Adyala Road and the fourth is expected to exit Chakri Road. The Islamabad farmhouse is located about 9.8 km from it.
The CPEC area and the industrial zone are also close to it. The public should not look at the natural water bodies of Khalsa Dam and Java Dam. Bahria Town Phase 8 lies deep in the community.
Because it is located in the central area the community provides the closest places such as in Motion a few minutes from Saddar Rawalpindi and Rawat. The new airport is a few minutes away.

NESAPAK has ensured the provision of all the necessary consultations received over the years from the construction of well-known building projects throughout Pakistan and to various ecosystems. This agreement was signed on January 1, 2020, for 10,000 Kanal.
It is not a community of toilets and the owner claims to be developing it over 14,000 Kanal promising land premium. It is also reported that more land is being bought to add value.
